This should take you approximately 20 minutes. These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your use of our mobile application, TimeApp,
which is operated by TimeApp LLP.
Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, protect and disclose information collected from your use of our web pages.

Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy ("Agreements"). You acknowledge that you have read and understood the Agreements and agree to abide by them.

2. Communications
By creating an account on our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any or all of these communications from us by clicking the unsubscribe link or by sending an email to.
3. Payment
If you wish to pay for any product or service available through the Service ("Payment"), you may be asked to provide certain information related to your Payment, including but not limited to your credit card number, your credit card expiry date, your billing address and shipping information. Memo to User When you scan the QR Code, you will be triggered to pay per minute payments based on the length of time you use the service, and will be charged on a recurring payment method, from your stored card.
You represent and warrant that (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Payment; and that (ii) the information you provide to us is true, correct and complete.
We may use third party services to facilitate payment and completion of the Payment. By providing your information, you grant us the right to share your information with these third parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of a product or service, an error in your order, or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction.
4. Fee changes
TimeApp LLP, in its sole discretion and at any time, may change the Subscription Fee for Subscriptions. Any change to the Subscription Fee will take effect at the end of the current Payment Cycle.
TimeApp LLP will provide you with advance notice of any changes to the Subscription Fee to give you the opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such changes become effective.
Your continued use of the Service after a change in Subscription Fee becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the changed Subscription Fee amount.
5. Refunds
We issue refunds on Contracts within (5-30) working days of the original payment.
6. Content
Content found on or through this Service is the property of TimeApp LLP or used with permission. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, reprint, copy or use said Content, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or for personal gain, without prior written permission from us
7. Prohibited Uses
You may only use the Service for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Terms. You agree not to use the Service:
(a) In any manner that violates any applicable national or international laws or regulations.
(b) For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by providing inappropriate content or otherwise.
(c) To transmit or cause to be sent any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter", "spam" or any other similar offer.
(d) Impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, an employee of the Company, another user or any other person or entity.
(e) In any manner that violates the rights of others or is in any way unlawful, threatening, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
(f) Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or that we determine may harm or offend the Company or users of the Service or expose them to liability. In addition, you agree not to:
(a) Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service, including their ability to engage in real-time activities through the Service.
(b) Use any robot, spider or other automatic device, process or means to access the Service for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any material on the Service.
(c) Use any manual process to monitor or copy any material on the Service or for any other unauthorised purpose without our prior written consent.
(d) Use any device, software or procedure that interferes with the proper operation of the Service.
(e) Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
(f) Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, damage or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Service.
(g) Attack the Service with a denial of service attack or a distributed denial of service attack.
(h) Take any action that may damage or falsify the Company's rating.
(i) Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper operation of the Service.

12. Error Reporting and Feedback
You may submit information directly to us at help@timeapp.kz with information and feedback about errors, suggestions for improvement, ideas, problems, complaints and other issues related to our Service ("Feedback"). You acknowledge and agree that: (i) you shall not retain, acquire or assert any intellectual property rights or other rights, title or interest in or to the Feedback; (ii) Company may have development ideas similar to the Feedback; (iii) the Feedback does not contain confidential or proprietary information from you or any third party; and (iv) Company has no obligation to maintain
confidentiality with respect to the Feedback. In the event that transfer of ownership of the Feedback is not possible due to applicable mandatory law, you grant Company and its affiliates an exclusive, transferable, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable

16. Termination
